This service converts your Xbox 360 to a Zero Fuse system that is capable of running unsigned code without additional hard mods like JTAG and RGH would.

🔧 What’s Included

• Full BGA CPU replacement

• CPU reballing using high-quality leaded solder

• Ultrasonic motherboard cleaning (removes flux and contaminants)

• Light console cleaning (dust removal + exterior wipe-down)

• DVD drive belt replacement

⚠️ Important Notice

BGA rework is an advanced and inherently risky process.

The motherboard must be heated to approximately 225°C.

While failures are very rare, there is always a small risk of damage or complications during repair.

A Zero Fuse Xbox 360 is a highly specialized modified console where CPU security restrictions are removed, allowing:

• Native unsigned code execution

• No need for RGH or JTAG wiring

🔍 Understanding eFuses

The Xbox 360 CPU contains eFuses — hardware security elements burned at the factory and during updates.

• They lock the console to official signed software

• Each dashboard update burns additional fuses

• Prevents downgrading to exploitable dashboards

• Irreversible once burned

This is an advanced, multi-stage process requiring professional equipment:

• Sourcing a brand new, unused CPU (very rare)

• Temporary RGH to extract CPU key & KeyVault

• Full CPU removal and replacement (BGA rework)

• Ensuring Xbox LIVE functionality and matching serials

• Extensive prep, cleaning, and testing (details below)

• eFuse protection bridge installed

• 2–3 day stress testing across thermal cycles
