Xbox 360 “Phat” GPU Replacement Service
This service repairs GPU-related Red Ring of Death (RROD) issues, including common error codes such as:
E74, 0102, 0110, 0020, and more.

- Full BGA GPU replacement
- GPU reballing using high-quality leaded solder
- Ultrasonic motherboard cleaning (removes flux and contaminants)
- Light console cleaning (dust removal + exterior wipe-down)
- DVD drive belt replacement
⚠️ Important Notice
BGA rework is an advanced and inherently risky process.
The motherboard must be heated to approximately 225°C.
While failures are very rare, there is always a small risk of damage or complications during repair.

The price above is only for the service. Shipping is a separate transaction. United States should expect to spend $35USD in each direction and Canada $25CAD each direction.
