This is our flagship console here at Mikes360JTAGS and the main reason why this site was born.
What is a Zero Fuse Xbox 360?
A Zero Fuse 360 is a unique type of modded console that has all normal security features removed. Thus eliminating the need to use RGH or JTAG to run unsigned code.
What are the fuses?
The consoles CPU eFuses are part of what makes up the security on the Xbox 360. These fuses are “burned” at the factory during initialization and this is what locks the CPU down as a retail system. This effectively ensures the system will only run official, signed code / software. Each dash update burned additional eFuses which prevented you from downgrading your dash to a lower exploitable version. Example: JTAG was patched after dash 7371, which burned the fuse responsible for the CB bootloader. IF you tried to install a JTAG exploitable bootloader on an updated CPU it will fail the fuse check and the system will not start. Burned eFuses are irreversible.
How is a Zero Fuse console made?
- Finding a Zero Fuse CPU: You must acquire a new unused CPU never installed at the factory. Hard to find reliably!
- Extracting the console’s unique information: The system must be RGH’d temporarily before CPU removal to retrieve the console’s unique CPU key to decrypt the systems keyvault. This ensures the Zero Fuse will maintain Xbox LIVE functionality, while maintaining DVD drive function and serial number matching your sticker.
- Desoldering old CPU and Resoldering the 0 Fuse CPU: This takes expensive $$$$ professional equipment and experience to pull this off successfully
- Plus more detailed further down the page.
Benefits of a Zero Fuse Xbox 360
- Native unsigned code ability: It runs homebrew apps, emulators custom dashboards etc without the need for additional wiring or glitch chips soldered to the motherboard.
- Instant booting 100% of the time: Zero Fuse consoles boot exactly like a retail system! This is due to not having to go through a glitch cycle as an RGH system would!
- Bragging rights and collectability: Due to the scarcity of Zero Fuse CPUs, and the complicated process of installing one, and limited # of BGA installers, these have become an absolute bragging right to own and an absolute staple of any Xbox 360 collection!
- Ability to run development software natively: An option only available on 256 or 512mb systems. Run native XDKbuild software without burning eFuses!
What can you do with a Zero Fuse Xbox?
(Info copied from ConsoleMods.org)
- As a retail console on any dashboard version (e.g. a JTAG-capable dashboard) running stock software by burning eFuses.
- As an Xbox Development Kit (XDK) running stock XDK software by burning eFuses, for game development and debugging. Theoretically, it could also be made into a test kit, demo kit, or reviewer kit; but they are less desirable as they are essentially limited development kits.
- As a retail-like console running DevGL. This is essentially the stock operating system modified to remove security checks, very similar to freeboot — the software that runs on JTAG/RGH consoles. This preserves the eFuses, retaining the zero-fuse status.
- As an XDK-like console running XDKBuild. This is essentially the development operating system modified to remove security checks. This preserves the eFuses, retaining the zero-fuse status.
- While zero-fuse consoles behave the same as an official console with the target configuration, they do have one unique feature. Due to the CPU being unsecured, CPU-level debugging is enabled. This is a very low level debugging feature available via the JTAG interface, which is normally turned off even for official XDKs once eFuses are burned.
What can you NOT do with a Zero Fuse Xbox?
- It is a common misconception that you can “flash” any dash you want on a Zero Fuse freely and keep it at 0 fuse. But no this is not exactly true. eFuses must be burned to place the system on an initial dash of your choice, and from there you can update the system to any dash above the one you chose. As before, updating a dash is permanent. There is no reversing the fuses. The only dash you can run without burning fuses is 17559, 15574, 13604, 9199 and 6717 DevGL. To use a fully retail dash, the eFuses must be burned.
What are the downsides of a Zero Fuse Xbox?
- You cannot stealth servers that have PAID options. Eg. Xbguard, cipher, etc. please contact your stealth provider to ensure compatibility with zero fuse first.
What are my stealth server options?
- Proto
- Tethered Live
- Ninja Remake (exclusive to my 0 fuse systems)
- XbLive (exclusive to my 0 fuse systems) This is a stealth not reliant on an external service, but handles everything within the console.
How does Mikes360JTAGS create a Zero Fuse console?
Many hours of work go into each system.
- Pre bake CPU + motherboard for 24 hours to remove trapped moisture
- The original CPU was RGH’d prior to its removal to obtain its CPU key and KV to maintain Xbox LIVE functionality and unique console identifiers such as serial #.
- Ultrasonic cleaning of the motherboard to remove flux residues
- DVD drives are refurbished, cleaned, greased, belt replaced And flashed with custom firmware. *I cannot guarantee the readability of burned games due to several factors. But official discs are guaranteed to work*
- The outer console shell gets bathed and scrubbed in hot soapy water.
- Bridge eFuse protection to prevent accidental fuse blowing.
- Fully stress tested for 2-3 days over multiple thermal cycles to ensure reliability.
- 17559 Devgl firmware installed plus other kernels sent via email. (6717, 9199, 13604, 15574)

Ordered a Zephyr with a revised GPU. Got exactly what I paid for. Everything works perfectly. Packaging was over the top. I think they used half a roll of bubble wrap on my Xbox. 10/10. Will be buying again

Just got my 0F today, and holy s***… I just want to say, this is the best purchase I’ve made in a long time, I’m absolutely ecstatic. Every single boot is instant, the console is extremely clean inside and out, and honestly, it has unlocked a huge amount of nostalgia for me. Thank you, Mike. It’s been a long time since I’ve made a purchase and have felt no feeling of buyers remorse. I’m 100% happy with my purchase and can’t thank you enough. If you’re considering buying one of these consoles, don’t think twice about it. This is the real deal, and coming from Mike, rest assured you’re going to get a top-quality console. Absolute 10/10 banger 🤘

Got a Tonasket Elite v2 from Mike and I’m super pleased. Console took around a week and a half to prepare and another week and a half to hit my door in Florida which was much faster than expected.
Once it came in I was immediately able to boot it up, set up my hard drive, and run homebrew apps!
Console shell was very clean but may come with some scratches/dings as these are old refurbished consoles; nothing some stickers can’t fix. Also. I’ve noticed my Kronos GPU runs somewhat hot idling around 60 celsius and hitting 75 celsius after an hour or two of gaming. These two cons mentioned are very minimal to me considering Mike’s 12-month warranty on these units and the fact that he is very responsive via Discord.
Overall I’d say these Zero Fuse units are worth every penny, for the product itself and the service offered. Truthfully I’m tempted to buy another one or a JTAG unit! Mike, thanks again for all your hard work and I hope you continue to enrich the gaming/modding community!!

Ordered myself a Jasper V1 Zero Fuse and it arrived very quickly, with plenty of bubble wrap too! There were a few complications but mike was very professional and was able to fix things immediately. Condition of the console is immaculate, its very clean, and runs like an absolute dream.

This is my 2nd purchase and my Falcon 0f works amazingly with a super fast turnaround time, I swear he uses a whole house of bubble wrap 😂 but I’m glad my falcon arrived safe and sound I love it!

Absolutely amazing work. I am personally a tinkerer, so I opened this puppy right up. The videos don’t lie, Mike really does put a lot of care into each board. The board quite literally looks like it rolled right out of the factory. Not a ding or scratch.
If you are looking for what I like to call the ultimate modded console, this is an excellent choice. I purchased a 512MB Tonasket 0 fuse. I have always wanted a big block Jasper, and with the combo of the care and unique CPU, to me, this really is the end-game system.
Excellent work and customer service. If I ever need another I know who to go to. Buy with confidence 10/10.
